Summer Nights

Summer has given our members plenty of opportunities to get out and about, visiting fellow Rotary clubs across the district, meeting new people and catching up with old friends. From informal gatherings to special events, these visits have been a great way to strengthen friendships, share experiences and enjoy the wonderful fellowship that makes Rotary so special.

Foundation & Fire Pits

Members of Plymouth International Rotary including Mirela, Karissa and Sarah M were delighted to be invited by our friends at Callington Rotary to join them for a wonderful Rotary Foundation evening at the beautiful Holwell Farm, sharing an evening of friendship, fellowship and all things Rotary.

Set amongst stunning countryside, it was a fantastic evening of good food, great company and fellowship. The fire pit provided a welcome source of warmth as the evening went on and created a wonderful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Visiting fellow Rotary clubs, building new connections and sharing experiences are just some of the many things that make being part of Rotary so rewarding.

Fish & Chip Supper

Plymouth International members Sam and Mike have been out and about in the South Hams, enjoying a fantastic visit to Salcombe Rotary Club Our hosts invited them to the historic Fishermen’s Reading Room for a fish and chips supper – what a setting!

The night became even more memorable when the local lifeboat headed out for a training exercise, giving everyone the opportunity to watch the crew in action – an impressive display of skill and teamwork.Great food, wonderful company and a very special location.

A huge thank you to Salcombe Rotary for such a warm welcome.
